When you register, apply, book or subscribe, we collect the details you give us: name, email, mobile number, and the answers you write in our forms. We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used.
To reply to you, deliver what you asked for, run your membership or engagement, and send you related resources. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers who help us operate — payment processing, email and SMS delivery, scheduling and hosting.
Matchmaking applications and anything you tell us in coaching are held in confidence. We never publish, forward or discuss your details without your written permission.
We only email or text you if you opted in. Every email carries an unsubscribe link; reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
